Pilates is a versatile full body exercise regime that connects mind and body to improve efficiency of breath, mobility, muscle tone and strength.

I have a passion for creating an environment where my clients feel nurtured and safe, facilitating their Pilates journey in order to address their specific needs and goals.

Not only does Pilates transform your body but it connects the body and mind, conditioning and educating us on how to live and cope within it. We learn how to use our bodies to its fullest potential causing the least harm. Pilates is a functional fitness technique suited for all shapes, ages and sizes. 

I am a comprehensively certified instructor including Beginner- Intermediate - and Advanced Mat Work, Reformer, Pilates Cadillac,  Pilates Accessories, Rotation for Scoliosis and Sport, all accredited by the Pilates Academy SA.
